Hello, so I purchased a character from marketplace, and it had exalted with ashen verdict(Even have the title) When im in ICC with 8000 gold, and I talk with the blue question mark guy, he only says greetings and thats it. And yes I talked to every vendor and asked alot of people around. Everyone says I should ask the staff..
