Where do I send evidence of being scammed? Via video and photo evidence?

I did that but last time it was something like post to YouTube then link the video and send photo to something else but I don’t know for sure what it is. Tickets take so long that’s why I tried the forum

You have to upload the videos and pictures somewhere and put links to them in the ticket. And you are supposed to make a ticket in game. Doesn't matter how long it takes. You don't have to stay online.
