What happened to Sargeras?

I own some accounts from Molten WoW, do you know how to recover them?

Account recovery section is not recognizing username I previously used for molten wow.

I ask because there is only ban appeal under Support - Create ticket.

AFAIK, it is not possible to restore any moltenwow characters. They were giving out some compensations after molten ended, but it is not true anymore. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Edit: just found this in the general FAQ thread:

"How can I recover an account from Molten / AT?
Bonuses ended. Characters were never able to be recovered."
