Why my old account is banned?!

i dont know why my acc is a ban!? i just play normal and dont use any hacks or others! i just wanna know why all my good heroes i there i now

You can see reason of your ban when you log on website. You won't get a more specific reason than what is written there. On website you can see when and from what IP address or country your account was last used in game. If that's not you then someone else might have logged on your account and got it banned.

To see if the ban can be removed, you can make a ban appeal using support system on website here or send an email to [email protected].
