Technical Can't run Mists of Pandaria.

Hi. Today i downloaded a launcher from http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=280398 and now i will play, but i see error when i want to start my exe.

Windows 10, 8gb ram, 1050ti, so it's not hardware problem. Anyone tips or solutions?
I tried to run it as administrator, but isn't work.

How did you resolve it? I am having the same issue.

follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
