As a ‘late bloomer’ to the realm who’s quite undergeared, getting into a pug is near impossible. Nobody is running anything OTHER than ICC 10-25 heroic and as I’m aware that my arguement is pretty weak and unconvincing, does anyone else feel this way? Does anybody else who is undergeared have issues being invited into a pug or even a chill raiding guild?
Maybe I’m just too lazy to run heroics 24/7 until I get enough for once piece of the ICC set, but I feel like a wipe in the near future(meaning it doesn’t have to be soon, maybe a couple months from now( could really help freshen up the server and give players who might have started later a chance to join in on the progression of WoTLK raiding.
In that case join Lordaeron. We could use more people and only a few even have Shadowmourne let a lone 277 gear across the board. Icecrown is meant for that kind of stuff that's why it's pay to win.
Should we just wipe it every couple of months for new players? I have about 3 months playtime on my druid alone and you just make that time completely (like it already isn't) wasted?
No, it's not gonna happen, wasn't there a thread about this already anyway?
All the new players have that "issue" and what could they do? They could group up with other new players and do lower tier raids.
Why do they not do that then? Cause it's easier and faster to farm gold, get some 245/264 crafted items for your spec/class, get 245 from EOT vendor, T9 set mixed with T10 from VOA, you'll be at 5.5k full PVE in a week or two and ready to do ICC with 5.6k+ req and turn down raid invites to Naxx/OS unless there's a weekly like everyone else here.

You think these end-game raids gonna be better, these raids last up to 5-6 hours. You can get full Tier 9 in that time, possibly offsets as well (~5.3-5.5k GS)

What about the people who have all the achievements and took their time farming gear etc? Should we just push the button to rid of all their progress, simply because some new players.
