WotLK Character restoration

I've recently started playing wow on Warmane again and the first thing I noticed was that Ragnaros, the realm my dk was on, is missing.I've read the forums and saw that Ragnaros and Deathwing were merged into Icecrown.My question is, is there a way for my lost character to be restored?He was a lvl 80 gnome dk - Bait.I would really appreciate any help since I'm really looking forward to playing wotlk again,

Did u had some info? i'm at the same way with my belf paladin lvl 80 :(!
