Is Safespotting or Corpse Camping bannable?

Got into a debate recently about whether these actions are bannable.

Safespotting: Example such as standing on tops of buildings/carts/chains/ropes or even edges where guards cannot attack you and killing people from there. A guild member is saying this is bannable because it is a "Terrain Exploit and against the TOS" however I haven't seen anyone banned for this offense and think this is a widely accepted act of playing on a PVP server.

Places this happens a lot are Booty Bay and Gadgetzan as most people know and again I never see anyone banned for it I just want confirmation that this kind of behavior is totally normal and fine.

I just read through the rules, and it was talking about "Boss Y can't hit you and you can basically solo it due to some odd position;". So this COULD be argued as an exploit, but there's also the PvP argument that another player should come along and solve the problem the ol' fashioned way. (Iron and blood!)

Personally, I think it's just frowned upon (especially when ganking) - I despise gankers!

Not bannable, it's not that you're exploiting bosses to solo some content for a benefit, you're just being annoying to other PVPers/lowbies.
If you wish to take that route you can do it.
