If you can't log on your account on website, you can try to reset your password here. If that doesn't work, send an email to [email protected].

If you can log on website but can't log in game, make sure your password is not longer than 16 characters. If you have a different problem with ingame login, more information is needed.

Your WoW client might be on wrong patch. You can see what patch it is in bottom left corner when you open it.
