Hi, i wanted to ask if its possible to transfer a character from 1 account to another which is my own. I got 2 accounts but my lvl 80 lock and dk are on one, i'd like to transfer the lock to another so my brother can play with me, ty in front

Nope. Character trading is possible only via the service which is pretty much selling them for coins.
Just level up a new character for your brother.
