WotLK Returning player

Hello,
I haven't played WoW for around 3 years and the last time I did i played on Deathwing. I found out the realm shut down but all my items (that i got for points) were on that realm ( i just checked via purchase history on my profile too ) . Is it possible to retrieve them on icecrown realm or something?

Warmane holds no responsibility for the vote items sooo keep on collection daily points and get back to the same state.
3 years ago was a long time ago, before we were merged to Icecrown, that's long gone.
