WotLK Characters have been deleted

Hi, I have tried to log in into my account and it seems that my characters have been deleted when my account got "hacked" or "stolen". Is there any way that I can file a complaint or to open a ticket for it?

You do not have any characters that require restoration on Icecrown.

Well then your characters have been deleted long before the past 30 days and are lost forever.
You can open up a ticket in game but doubt that'll help.
Take better care of your account and pay attention to who you share it with.
