WotLK Talent tree bug

Hello,

I am having trouble putting points into my talent tree. I am only able to put points into the first row abilities. I cant put poiints into anything below the first row. I have tried putting points in all the abilities in the first row to see if that works but it doesnt. I am level 23 currently. Please help.

You need 5 points in the first row of that spec, not just any first row, to get into the second row, that's how it works.
I changed specs yesterday so it is working.

2nd row becomes available once you have spent 5 points in that same tree.
3rd row becomes available once you have spent 10 points in that same tree.
4th row becomes available once you have spent 15 points in that same tree.
and so on.

Doesn't matter where you put the points in the tree.

Talent points used in any other talent tree does not count towards spent talent points in other trees.
