    world not loading

    So a few days ago I crashed in the middle of a dungeon and reset my game hoping it would load after, however since that moment I'm unable to load into that characters world. I can load into my other characters fine, but the game keeps crashing when i try to log into this one. Help would be greatly appreciated as it is my highest level character.
