I accidentally bought the wrong item on website about 2-3h ago and I've read that I can make a ticket and if my purchase is not older than 24h I can receive my coins back. Reason for this topic is that on my support side in website, I can only choose "ban appeal" and there is not "misbuy" or any other variant. Is it some kind of bug or em I missing something here? I really need to refund the wrong item, but I can't seem to open a ticket regarding my issue...
Only premium accounts have other ticket types. If those coins were gifted to you and you haven't donated on that account, you can try to send an email to [email protected] instead. But if you bought the item with points not coins, there is no support for that.
I bought items and did a Misbuy... I immediately wrote up 2 tickets (1 for each item)... They've both been sitting for more than 24 hours without reply by staff... Should I be concerned?
