[ANSWERED]Banned unfairly

I got banned for advertising and i took some time to investigate. The IP where i got banned is from Canada. and I'm from Chile !!! there's no way that I could log my account in Canada being from Chile isn't it? so i tried to put a ticket but it's blocked and now i just lost my account for some hacker or something like that??? so unfair -.-
