IS there a Limit for lvl70 To kill more then 10 times low levels?

I was questing and for 40minute got insta killed by a rogue70 better gear + 2 lvl above me . There has to be a limit orelse it isn't fun anymore, killing me from time to time i won't mind but 10 times in row without giving the time to play. No guild so my guess he's just there to kill the fun for playing on your server. I love to play and to pay so please can you set a limit in your rules please.

That's part of what it being a PvP server means. Suggesting/asking for that to be changed is also part of the automatically denied suggestions.
