Can't donate in any way?

Hi,I'm having problems with donating.

I wish to donate over mobile phone,but that option is not available for my country (seriously wth).
I haven't yet opened a bank account so I can't donate over Visa/etc. either.

Is there any other way I can donate?

Use proxy/vpn if i am not mistaken mobile donation is available in Germany

Good idea, then I'll just go to Germany next Sunday,see the sights oh and donate 20 bucks to instant level up my character.
