Are quest working in Pandaria?

Hi there. I completed few minutes ago my "transfer" on MOP. I actually hoped they grow up my pg but maybe i pretended too much, i must not only equip my pg by 0 but still level em before XD. I really hope quests in Pandaria work and work fine because all of this disappoint us all enough
