    [ANSWERED]t's allowed to use Icy Chill enchant on pvp at 80?

    Quick question: It's allowed to use Icy Chill enchant on pvp at 80? It's banneable? Why if so?

    As long a bug hasn't been abused (any kind of a bug and an exploit) it is.
