Technical Old accounts has been reseted for no reason

Hello everybody. I play on warmane (molten) since 2009. So it happened that I did not play the last year. And now, when i try to log in to my old accounts - I get a message on the site "..password expired ..." I can not restore these old accounts because I already forgot the email. How to solve this problem? I did not ask anyone to reset my passwords.

If you don't log in for a while and dont have 2fa enabled, your password expires, its another system to prevent accounts from getting hacked.
