Pandaria Launch issues

After downloading the Pandaria client, I tried launching it with and without administrator rights and the although the task would appear in task manager, it comes up as 32 bit and the game never launches. I run windows 10 - 64 bits. What can I do help ? I can't start the game in any way.

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

that wow.exe is 32 bit, so that is fine

Thank you for your reply! Although I tried everything you suggested, the game won't launch no matter what, but this time, after about a 5 minute wait, I get this error: Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode.
Anything else I could do? Thanks in advance!

I follow those instructions and got the same error, there is other way to fix it?
