xp boost - here vs. Icecrown

New to Warmane. Can someone give me a breakdown of boosted xp across the realms? I noticed big boosts to exp and profession gains on Icecrown but Lordaeron doesn't seem to be the same (granted I only leveled on toon to 5). Do the different realms have different rules? I can't seem to find a breakdown anywhere on the site. Thanks.

On Lordaeron everything is x1, so all rates are blizzlike. Icecrown leveling is x7, professions are x3. Outland leveling is x5, dunno about anything else. Frostwolf is x7 and Blackrock is instant 80 lvl realm, focused on pvp.
