I just joined this server, but I feel like I'm missing some basic information.
I joined Icecrown, and according to other sources, the server is 7x XP rate, but this isn't something I can find documented anywhere on Warmane's own site. I also just discovered that transmorg is enabled and that you can queue for the dungeons of the enemy faction. I'd expect there to be some page where you could find all this basic information. So far it's just a guessing game. I also can't find an official explanation of what points or coins are or how you get them.
But the the most important thing -- and what I can imagine is costing you guys donations -- is the login queue. I was just about to throw in the towel now, because I don't want to wait upwards of 2 hours to be able to play, but now I happened upon a thread saying you can donate $10 to skip the queue, but I can't find any official source on this either. Should I just buy 10 coins and then I can skip the queue or what's the deal here? If that is in fact true, I can imagine a lot of people starting out the server just gave up because of the queue when they'd have been more than willing to shell out a little cash.
Is there really no documentation on this or can't I just find it? The obvious "Information" tab just shows server statistics.

You get coins by donating and you can get points by collecting them on website every day after you have 1000 achievement points in game. You can check Store, Services and Trade tabs on website to see what you can do with coins and points. But some of the sections won't be available if you haven't created a character yet.

Donating any amount lets you permanently skip queue. For most donation methods the minimum amount is 10 euros, which is why that amount is usually mentioned. But some donation methods have lower amounts available and those also let you skip queue.
If you open Donate section on website you can see this:
Donations award coins and a Premium membership:
- Queue skipping
- Coins to spend on our website
- Access to Premium forum section
Shred92: If I recall correctly, I don't believe you were able to queue for Ragefirm Chasm as an Alliance player in WotLK retail, for instance. Based on you people's replies, you might be right. WoTLK was a long time ago after all.
anyone0: Thanks, I appreciate the answer. I have figured out most of these things myself now, but I still feel like there ought to be information out there. The fact that is says "ICECROWN x7" isn't really very descriptive unless you know what you're looking for. It also doesn't mention that Blackrock is a PvP server with free gear.
I'm not so much right now looking for these information, I've found most of it myself, I'm just hoping somebody will actually create a more thorough official documentation.

This was mostly a Horde-only instance before the introduction of the Random Dungeon Finder, making this mostly impossible for an Alliance player to get to (because of the location of the entrance being right inside the main Horde capital city).
It doesn't mention anything about not being able to queue for it in wotlk and I can't find such information elsewhere either. And that section was added to the article before Cataclysm release.

That should probably be in suggestions section then.
