Site "Password expired"

I stopped playing soon after all accounts got wiped... for the second time I think (IIRC) and now recently I came back again all of my accounts got "Password expired" thing, I have recovered most of my accounts except one, I have checked over dozen of my emails and none of it got the e-mail from warmane for that account.

I wouldn't be bothered by it much if it wasn't one of my two main accounts.

I can try to provide as much information as possible to prove that im the owner.

P.S even letting me know nothing can be done about it would be welcome since atm I'm holding my hopes onto playing my rogue again instead of doing something else.
