Hello warmane. I wanted to ask you a question and a big favour.

My friend has been playing here for last 2 years with one big break. Shes rly not skilled in these computer things. She made a gmail account only for this warmane account and used it only for registration and nothing else, and she didnt use two factor authentication. She was playing here for like a year and then she took a break, when she started playing again, she learned that someone hacked her account stole/sold all items on her lvl 80 characters. And also that they put two factor authentication on her account. For last 6+months she has been playing again without having acces to her account on the webpage, but only ingame. She dont remember the login or even the name of the original email. But she is still playing from the same ip as from where the account was registered.

And i wanted to ask if theres any way for her to get back the controll of her account. To change the email so she can be in full controll of her account once again. She remember when she made the account and when she stopped playing, and also is still playing from the same ip. I am rly worried that someone might rob her account again and there for im asking you for help. Bcz warmane, you are the only one we can turn to for help. Thx you very much for answer.
