I've put an authentificator on another account 1 year ago, and ive forgot my adress mail for enter the code activated
Today i can't log me anymore

Hi, I put in my information correctly in the login screen, but it just sits there "connecting" then gives me a error message saying I need to contact blizzard support. Anything I can do to fix that?

If anyone has this problem just uninstall and reinstall. It fixes it.
