WotLK Quest issue bug & ticket being spam deleted

Hi,

I opened a ticket last week. Including the following information about my issue;

I have completed Deliverance from the Pit quest because I have Wrath of the Lich King quest to enter HoR
However, I cannot enter HoR because it says I need to complete deliverance from the pit, so I tried to go into PoS again and take it, just encase it was bugged, and I cannot pick it up, because I've already done it, so I'm unable to complete Wrath of the Lich King quest because I cannot enter HoR... Even though I have completed the chain.

I made this ticket last week, was deleted, they replied saying they didn't catch me online, and deleted it and told me to make a new ticket with nothing else..
I made a new ticket, same reply.
I made yet another ticket and left my character online 24/7, I was offline for around 15mins and they deleted my ticket once more.

I have made a new ticket and expect the same to happen, so does anybody know why I'm experiencing this bug?

Also I know the next quest in the chain is given by Martin Victus in PoS, done PoS countless times on hc & normal, relogged etc etc etc and still doesn't give me it because I've already completed it.

did you happen to faction change recently? that resets the quest chain (or at least it did last time i changed) and you have to do the whole chain again starting with the quest from the person outside dala bank.
