1. Focusing on MoP and Outland was a mistake.

    As the title says, it was a complete mistake.

    Don't get me wrong, I loved the Burning Crusade back in its days but the real question is why did Warmane staff decide to waste time on TBC and MoP when those expansions will never be as glorious as the Cataclysm (mainly on PvP). This is not a joke, or do you need a refresher Warmane? Let's go back to 2015 (pre-moltdown) when we had to wait on queues to log in to Sargeras (rated #1 cata server of all times). So many donations (perhabs more than WotLK at the time) proudly made to a very loved server.

    Neltharion was dying and instead of helping, the staff was making it impossible to play. The changelog was never updated, thousands of bugs (very unlike Sargeras) and in the end they released an annoying plague to make us hate it more (annoying noisy mini robots everywhere and thousands of skeletons stacked). It's like they were really forcing us into stopping playing there.

    Your precious FrostWolf has been dying since day 1. MoP will never reach as many players as Sargeras did. Why wasn't it shut down instead of Cata?

    As a Business Analyst and I can certainly tell you 2 things:
    1. Having both, WotLK and Cata fully functional would have brought a lot more players than what you have today (solid 24k+ players and that's only with 2 realms, you can add TBC players to that number).

    2. Warmane is nowhere in the top100 private server list, you should really consider bringing back the Molten voting system since you have enough players to put it back on the as #1 on the list if done correctly.

    Just a quick recap Warmane. Consider bringing the Molten Voting System and Sargeras Back.

    I play retail and believe me, people hate what MoP did to WoW (we call it the beginning of WoW 2) and everything else after that is just awful.

  2. Well when it comes to other servers I believe it was a stupid idea to focus on MoP but a brilliant one to add TBC.
    Nevertheless, Neltharion was the price for doing both.
    And frankly: The PvP in Cata (at least in the last patch with Bonelinks and Vials) was nothing but a disaster and far worse than that of TBC.

  3. 1. We're not currently interested in hosting Cataclysm. There's always the possibility that changes in the future, but it's not something up to player suggestion;

    2. We intentionally left ranking sites and there are no plans that I'm aware of to return to an environment that caters to servers inflating their votes with bots and by buying votes. This is also an Administrative decision as well.
