    Ticket awaiting staff reply

    May I know how long typically will a staff reply to a ban appeal?
    I have already wait for three days and I am sure that I can provide enough evidence to proof myself innocent.
    However, I still cannot know when will the ticket be processed.
    Is there any answer?

    Ban appeal tickets are lowest priority and usually take around 1 week.
