Pandaria Is it possible that the mount drop rates are higher?

I've been playing on warmane severs for probably a few weeks, and i have seen many rare mounts who you dont see as often in regular (now BfA) WoW.
So i wonderd if the mount drop rates were higher than regular WoW and if they are how much higher?

Drop rates should be the same. But you can buy mounts on store for coins.
