I don't know what the average time is. Speaking only for myself, the quickest ticket I had help resolving was 8 hours since the time I made it. The longest was a little over 8 days. Mind you, that was on Neltharion last year, which got little attention compared to more populated realms even then.
Greetings
It depends on the amount of tickets and active gms. It's between 2-5 days (faster while the week, slower at weekend)

Nah, I just submited my first ticket since i play here(6years+). Nobody gives a **** about tickets. Doesn't matter what type of account you have. Its sad.
Greetings
As I said, the duration of responded tickets take 2-5 days. For example: I wrote a ticket on Thursday, it was answered on Tuesday. Ticket's replying time is dependant on tickets, day and active gms; and not on the age of the acc or donator state. You must wait til you get an answer for your new created ticket 1 hour ago.
The job of a gm has limits: Maybe an unstuck, resetting bugged quests or punishing ppl. Most ppl write confusing tickets...ask for bug reports...refunds...evident stuff which you can google...have problems to take another mail box when someone blocks one...report ppl without proof...ask for npc location or how the quest works...write in different languages...
You must know what you can ask a gm in a ticket, and what not. A gm isn't an allrounder and most ppl spam wasted tickets that's why the queue is between 2-5 days for all requests, no matter if important or wasted.

So uninformed.
I've submitted many tickets over the years, mostly within the past year. Response time is usually a day or two. Most of the time it's dealt with, rarely not and if so, it's been usually because of I missed information on creation of the ticket. If you have feeling that nobody cares about tickets, perhaps you're using wrong means of contacting staff or your tickets are not what they're meant for. Or is your "Nobody gives a **** about tickets" based on ban appeals that have low priority and takes time because of that.
If nobody cares about tickets, why are so many people being banned because of (e.g. ninja, scamming) ticket reports.
