Hello, Im trying to donate but its not processing. I know its in Eur but is there any way to change it to Cad? I want to donate but I think thats what is stopping me from doing it. Thanks in advance.

Currency doesn't matter. It gets converted automatically. But Paymentwall is randomly rejecting payments. You can either donate with prepaid cards like Paysafecard or Mint if you have those payment options available on donation window or contact Paymentwall support where they will most likely for pictures of some documents.

I tried to donate 5 mins ago, but the tranzaction failed, as it appeared in a message on my laptop. i checked my balance on my card and it seems that my money took off.. what can i do ?

If transaction failed, money should be automatically returned to you in about 1 week. If you still want to donate, my previous post applies to your case too.
