Comeback, willing to donate for some pvp-Gear

I have played pvp here some years ago and considering to play only for a few hours on weekends (because of work). I'm ready to invest some money. my question would be now, whether it is worthwhile or you can buy corresponding items (formerly you could, for example, for the warrior get a sword by donating).

True, unless you've done it a few dozen time, then it's a time sink, and you want to just get to the fun stuff. Play how you want.
