Burning Crusade Instant level 70. Best way to level all my skills? (Bow, axes what not)

as the title says whats the best way to level it all? ofcourse its all lvl 1 i could of swore you were able to level it all at the training dummys but nope. lol

If it works same as in wotlk, level 65-70 mobs in leveling zones should work for that.
