WotLK Old char recovery need help!

Hello guys i just back after 2 years and my char is missing(deleted) i do not have deleted it when i had to stop playing so now i log in to site and account is empty but i remember i had 5.9gs resto druid name Payna so i do not tried does it deleted or no so is there anyway to recovery my char?

Log in game and check if it's there. Inactive chars lost their names and won't show up on website. If it's not there, you can try to make a support ticket on website here or send an email to [email protected].

Well i wrote message to email and i made new character with other name they told me to wait for responding my request(message) and on armory mine old char is there no but not in account and cannot be create new one with same name,i want to say my char name is still on use.

If it's in the armory it probably still exist. Just wait for them to get back to you :)
