Cataclysm Old account at neltharion

Hello,

I used to play at the cataclysm server neltharion. My account name was ____ and I had a few characters i really loved and i would like to have them at the pandarian server. The problem is that i can't seem to log into my old account, I just can't login. It sais my password isn't correct but if i try to change it, or try to make a new password it just doesn't work. I really hope someone could help me out.

You can access and transfer them yourself by going to your my account panel,click on realm Neltharian ,click the character name and it will re direct you to another screen to transfer that character. It only takes a few mins or a few hours in some cases.

You completely didn't even bother reading what OP asked at all. How exactly is he supposed to request the character transfer when it won't let him login and even the resets aren't working?
