Are donations disabled atm?

So i am again atempting to donate, this time i cant even find the "Mint" thing. Are donations currently disabled ?

Mint was removed for some countries. It was most likely done by Paymentwall. Nothing has changed for me so donations are not disabled.

Well im from serbia, and payment wall wont accept visa, so it is disabled for me in particular

Hello, I have tried to purschase coins too for several times and got the following message: "We were unable to authorize your card."
I am also from serbia.

However, paymentwall said that everything is perfect from their side, the problem is with my bank. My bank said that everything is perfect with bank, the problem is with the paymentwall. So, what the hell... Tried different cards too, on the different account. Same thing happened.

Not possible/available for our country..... Also, there is no mint anymore it seems
