Site It might be stupid question regarding to refund

First of all, i have never done this nor asked anyone so i have no clue if its possible i just vaguely remember back in frostwolf (x3 wotlk) realm some people said that they refunded their coins gear back to coins to buy other items for their new character (and they had that item for a while so i doubt they went with "miss buy").

Is it still possible? is it ever possible?

I'm just asking if its not im completly okay with it i just think its better knowing if there is option for it if i ever need it.

Sadly, you can refund items only bought within last 24 hours.
