    Hi, Is there anyway that i could request a character transfer from one over populated server to a lesser one.

    Realm transfers from Icecrown to other realms are not available. There are no exceptions.

    Suggestion section rules

    Realm transfers - We have specific reasons for what realms we allow character transfers between. Please do not suggest that we open or close them.
