WotLK Loot from a boss was bugged and could not be distributed. Whom should I contact?

After killing the Lich King, our guild could not distribute loot, and thus it was lost. I made an in-game ticket with all relevant details and screenshots. However, I was wondering if this was the right method of contacting Warmane support for this issue.

If anyone can redirect me to the proper channels, it would be a great help.

Lost loot can not be restored. It usually happens if the player who pulled the boss leaves the group (to avoid such cases in future).
