WotLK Daily quest duing Halloween

So.. The quest "Let the Fires Come!" (https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?quest=12139) which supposedly is a daily quest, is for some reason not resetting, well at least not for me.

I did the quest yesterday and for some reason it wouldn't complete. I abandoned it as I thought I could retake it, but I couldn't.

Anyway, today is a new day and I wanted to do the quest again, but the NPC isn't giving me the quest - what is up?

Anyone else has this issue? I need to complete the quest to get Weighted Jack-o Lantern to finish my achievement.

You can buy Weighted Jack-o'-Lantern on auction house.

There is something wrong with the quest but I don't know if it's doable. It's on bug tracker:

Also, I'm missing 1 mask to fully complete the achievement but it simply won't drop for me. You know any work-arounds or do I just have to keep trick or treat an innkeeper every hour until it drops?
