Burning Crusade Character fatal error

good first before they speak I tried to create a ticket but I could not because they only have the option of ticket to ban apeal. so I decided to do this post I hope a quick help

My character took a fatal error.

I used the unstrunck character more when I try to log in I can not. still giving fatal error.

on the loading screen and gives the fatal error / I can log in another character is the Spwner who does not

try to disable all of your addon before to log-in with that character.

If it does not work, you need to open a ticket in-game with a different character ( if any character just create a lvl 1 )
