WotLK lost characters from the account, what to do?

Good day. There is a problem, the characters disappeared from the account, real lordderon. I have not logged into the account for about a year. I did not give anyone a login and password, no one could log in except me. There were a couple of characters, the main death knight for me 70+ lvl (nickname: Reigin). Played slowly, at your pleasure.
Going back into the game, all the characters disappeared. Nickname is busy, the character exists in the game. I learned this when friends looked at the guild, he is in it. We play together and they have not lost the characters, only me. We came around at the same time.
Please help with this problem. I will be very grateful.

Did you log in game to check if the characters are there? They might not appear on your account on website if they lost their names during a cleanup. If that's not the case, make a support ticket on website here or send an email to [email protected]
