WotLK Quest bug ?

Hello i would like to ask, is quest for death knight bugged [How to win Friends and Influence Enemies ] ?
I killed over 200 minions and still doesn't do anything.

Last time I did DK quests, it was working. Did you equip the weapons you got when accepting the quest? Also make sure you are attacking the correct mobs. I don't think any of them are called "minions".

I was having the same issue today i killed 100+ of the scarlet crusaders and captains and such and they just never gave the info up i eventually just kinda gave up, and went here to try to figure out the issue or if im just super unlucky or something

Have the same issue with this quest. Killing everything in the quest area for over an hour with no completions.
So far I've tried:
-Using only one dagger and both
-Stopping attack when the dagger debuff procs
-Taking off all gear to make the fight as long as possible (have gotten 4 procs in one fight)

My guy screams his questions, they scream back their defiance and then die.
I've filled out a ticket but that was 3 hours ago with no response.

If you turn around the NPCS spam the chat and to be honest it's quit annoying...

I don't see how it's working on your end yet it's not working on some other peoples end. There's some people saying the same thing.

There have been multiple forum threads and bug reports about this quest in last few days. This was the first one I saw. Seems like the quest recently stopped working. Make a support ticket in game to get it completed.
