I just downloaded WotlK (new), I did check "set realmlist logon.warmane.com". I changed my password few times. I turned off my fire wall completly and turned off my anti-virus. Do you have any suggestions?

That's good to hear. Now that you're able to connect, you might consider turning your security back on in steps and checking each step that you can still play.
