Hello There guys,
My name i Sherni. I want to make thie Topic to get as much people as possible.
Today i was playing Isle of Conquest and i got 2 wow error in a row. The thing is, when i was playing i notice that my Holy gear were missing, i dont know how or why.
I have made a ticket, trying to explaind the situation, and the Game Master (Cavah) said they could do anything about it.
My question is, how can they do nothing about? arent they game masters?
They should help people, i have few Screen Shots to prove that.
How can i fix this situation? can i do something with the account back i made 1 week ago?
I just want a solution, i am not asking for something impossible.
It was not a misket made by me.

If any of the items were purchased with coins, you can get them back by making a support ticket on website here. Other items can not be restored.

Nothing were purchased with coins.
But why not? They have some kind of backup about that. and i have sreenshots to prove that i had the items, thats dosent count ?

Screenshots don't count. They have some kind of backups but I don't think GMs have access to it. And their policy is not to give out or restore any items unless they were purchased with coins.

I don't have details or information on what will be done about the missing items, but I was informed this is being looked into as it might have affected a number of players.

well i hope admins can understand how many hours you need to get 7 wrathfull items ... like in my case. i just want my items back i dont need any compensation reward

I've got the same issue like you, i was fighting PP 25 hc, I died & released, & i get wow error & 8 items were gone + spec bugged. i made a ticket & GM reply, they can't do anything, i can't believe that GM can't do anything for helping us, aren't we a community? its not our fault if we get wow error, we didn't delete our items & we call for reimburse.
Now, do i expect another wow error & more items will lost? If yes, will you fix it? If you don't do anything about that it's better to leave the game, before i get a heart attack or something like that.

ye thats what im talking about we just want what its ours. we have work so hard to get those items.
And in a blink of an eye i have lost it.
But the thing is, i feel like the game masters are just replying to my tickest with standart responses.

I hope they will get into this issue, because may not be a big problem for them, but for those players who lost all the time trying there best to get the items is a big problem.
