Technical My IP address has been suspended for due to Suspicious Activity - RB

I hadn't played the game (just logged in once or twice a month) for several months and some time ago when i started playing again I logged in the website only to find out that my IP address has been suspended "for due to Suspicious Activity - RB". Seems like that the reason is that every time I logged in it was from a diffirent IP because when my router resets for some reason i get a new IP. This ban is only from the website - i can still play the game but i can't do anything in the site. Problem is that i haven't used the e-mail i made the account with long time ago and i no longer remember it so i cant write an ban appeal from it. Can i use another e-mail to send ban appeal for this account ?
