i need help with this RE-customization System

I've been wanted to re-customize my character this ENTIRE day (obviously after the Maintenance) and for some reason the process don't finish up, keep saying '' customizing your character'' until the game log me off due to '' inactivity time'' because the entire time im waiting for the customization to finish up and then I have to log in and do everything all over again.

I opened a ticket ( in-game ) and since the Server went online again, till NOW, im still waiting for a GM. The funny thing is that the ticket says '' Aprox. Time Remaining 1h:50min '' and it's been saying that since the Server went back online.


Please I need help!

And just in case, nope, I don't have any WOD texture HD or whatever, I don't even have addons.
