Banned for advertising? what?

Hi, I got banned recently for advertising and have no absolute clue why, I have never advertised other servers, ever. And am pretty confused on what got me banned. Would really love to get unbanned because, again, if you are able to check logs and stuff, I have not advertised on any of my characters and/or logged in accounts with my IP that advertised. I would gladly appreciate a media proof of me advertising if this is not a false ban after all... Thanks.

EDIT: The ban was caused by NordVPN services, which had an IP that was banned for advertising. Would love to get unbanned if possible. the IP that is flagged on my account as banned is NordVPN's IP you could check. I accidentally logged in with it.
